Studio l'Echelon

Studio l'Echelon is a training centre on Östermalm in Stockholm, focused entirely on cycling – both for those who cycle outdoors and for those who prefer to stay indoors. The studio at Nybrogatan 74 offers watt-based cycling classes (Ecycling Studio), personal cycling coaching (Road Captain), Echelon Live, bike fitting, functional strength training, and access to a gym and personal trainers. Senior training is also part of the offering.

Classes are adapted to individual ability, meaning beginners and experienced cyclists train in the same session without having to compromise on intensity. The coaches are active cyclists with a deep understanding of the sport, and the studio was founded in 2018 by Selby Marshall, Lina Hansson and David Schwieler with the goal of bringing together the country's best cycling expertise under one roof. Echelon is entirely independent of cycling clubs and manufacturers.

Suitable for those who train on a bike, want to improve their performance ahead of the outdoor season, or are looking for a measurable and structured form of training with clear progression.
