STYRKA Täby

STYRKA in Täby is a functional training centre with two facilities in the Stockholm area and a total of over 2,000 square metres of training space. The studio offers CrossFit as an official affiliate, HYROX training as an official HYROX Gym, and functional fitness under Svenska Förbundet för Funktionell Fitness (Swe3F). There are over 90 scheduled classes per week, and those who wish to compete officially in the Swedish or Nordic Championships can join the association branch STYRKA 3F.

The atmosphere is defined by a strong community focus, with more than 500 members and a coaching team of over 30 certified coaches. Classes are instructor-led and the group is central — this is not an anonymous wellness gym but a place where people train and get to know one another. The fact that STYRKA combines CrossFit, HYROX and competition-oriented functional fitness under one roof is relatively uncommon, and makes it possible to specialise or broaden your training without changing gym.
