Suginoharyu Judo & Jujutsu Dojo

Suginoharyu Judo & Jujutsu Dojo is located in Vasastan in Stockholm, at Birkagatan 24 near the underground station St:Eriksplan. The dojo offers judo and jujutsu for both children and adults, with training covering striking techniques, grappling, throws (tachi waza) and groundwork (ne waza).

The environment is instructor-led and emphasises technique, self-defence and personal development in a safe atmosphere. Children train in age-appropriate groups and at their own pace, while adult training welcomes all levels from beginners to more experienced practitioners. The dojo is led by sensei Magnus Cederblad, whose real-world experience shapes the training philosophy.
