Fightbox Fridhemsplan is one of three Stockholm locations in the training chain Fightbox, situated in Vasastan. The offering covers a broad spectrum of martial arts and fitness training: HitWod, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Runbox, Discopump, Barbell Club, Darkroom Yoga, Pilates and Cave are among the fourteen formats available across the chain.

With over 170 classes per week spread across five training spaces, the schedule moves at a high pace, and classes are led by instructors in a structured group format.
