Tyresö Kampsport

Tyresö Kampsport is a kickboxing club in Tyresö offering structured training for both children and adults at all levels. The club has groups for children from the age of 7, divided into Kids Level 1 (ages 7–9) and Kids Level 2 (ages 10–12), a dedicated Girls Group from age 13, and adult groups at three levels: Beginners/Intermediate, Advanced, and a Sparring/Competition group. In addition, there is a combined Conditioning & Technique class on Sundays where adults from all groups train together, with sparring built in at the end.

Training is instructor-led in fixed groups with a clear level structure, making it easy to find the right fit regardless of experience. Graded belts and regular grading opportunities provide a clear progression framework. Private training can also be booked.
