Värmdö hälsocentrum

Värmdö hälsocentrum is located in Gustavsberg centrum, at Skärgårdsvägen 7, and brings together several health and fitness providers under one roof. The core of the fitness offering is FEELFAB träningsstudio – Värmdö's first private gym studio – where you book an entire gym exclusively for yourself for one hour. Training focuses on strength and conditioning with a complete strength and cardio setup, and is described by the studio as particularly well suited to Hyrox training. In addition to the gym, there is nutritional counselling, personal training, and FaR (Fysisk aktivitet på Recept – exercise on prescription).

The atmosphere is stripped-back and focused rather than a large collective gym concept – you train alone or in a small group, and all sessions include a functional screening, towel, and your own locker. Beyond fitness, the centre offers psychotherapy, couples therapy, classic massage, sports massage, LPG and laser treatments, as well as support relating to women's health and the menopause, with licensed therapists and specialists on site.

Suited to those who want to train efficiently without crowds, who appreciate being able to combine the gym with, for example, nutritional counselling or rehabilitation massage in the same visit, or who are looking for a local alternative to the large chains in the Gustavsberg area.
