Värmdö Gym

Värmdö Gym is a fully equipped gym located in Hemmesta Centrum in Värmdö, with a floor area of 500 square metres. The facility offers a wide range of training options with free weights, weight machines and cardio machines from the brand Startrac. The gym is open seven days a week between 05:00 and 23:00, making it possible to train both early in the morning and late in the evening.

In addition to the gym floor itself, Värmdö Gym offers its members access to complementary health services through partnerships with external providers. It is possible to book personal training with a certified PT, medical foot care, and remedial and classic massage directly on site. These services are managed by the respective partners via external booking systems.

Membership is set up by direct debit and costs 349 kronor per month. The gym caters to a broad audience and emphasises a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who wants to start or continue their training in Hemmesta.
