Vida Street Pole

Vida Street Pole is a separatist dance studio in Marieberg, Stockholm, with an additional branch in Uppsala. The studio caters exclusively to women and offers classes in pole dance, chair dance and other dance styles suited to all experience levels. A new course intake takes place every eight weeks throughout the year, making it easy to start regardless of the season.

In addition to scheduled courses, Vida offers what they call playpass, where participants practise pole independently in the studio alongside other students. These sessions are available daily and are included at no extra cost for those already enrolled on a course. The studio also organises events such as hen parties and group events for friends or colleagues.

For those who wish to try out what the studio has to offer, free trial classes are held regularly, with no prior experience required. Vida emphasises community and wellbeing as central aspects of its offering, alongside training and movement. The booking system is managed via Zoezi and is integrated directly on the studio's website.
