Wellness By Lefterow

Wellness by Lefterow is a digital wellness company founded by Annette Lefterow, based in Baggeby on Lidingö. The company offers a wide range of courses and programmes in health and wellbeing, with yoga, pilates, meditation and mindful nutrition forming central elements. The foundation of the business is the in-house developed Lefterow-metoden, which is built around eight different paths to health and life balance.

Members gain access to an app with exercises for body and mind, recipes from a digital wellness kitchen, and a community for like-minded individuals. In addition to the ongoing membership, a number of time-limited online courses are available, including programmes on life balance, meditation and meditative writing. Annette Lefterow also offers lectures, personal wellness consultations and organised wellness trips.

The business is aimed at those who wish to integrate a healthier lifestyle into their everyday lives and are looking for support and guidance in reducing stress. The content is available in Swedish, with a separate international site for English-speaking users.
