Wings by Bella & Happy Feet Movement

Wings by Bella is a multidisciplinary studio on Stora Essingen in Stockholm that combines AntiGravity® training, yoga, dance and foot health under one roof. The offering centres on AntiGravity® classes in fabric slings — a format that blends acrobatics, yoga and strength work in the air — as well as courses and workshops in foot health and running. The studio also organises trips and adventures under the concept Rhythm of Nature, including retreats in Lappland and Vinterviken.

The atmosphere is course-oriented rather than drop-in-based, which creates a more close-knit format with continuity between participants. The studio has a clear focus on AntiGravity®, a registered training concept with roots in circus and aerial arts that requires certified instructors.
