Yoga by Ronia

Yoga by Ronia is a small, instructor-led yoga studio in Vasastan, Stockholm, located at Roslagsgatan 37 near Tekniska Högskolan underground station. Here, Ronia Razavi teaches yoga-mindfulness – a traditional Indian form of yoga that combines physical movements (asanas), breathing exercises and meditation in 1.5-hour sessions. Courses are offered both in the studio and online, and there is also the option of private lessons in the form of PT Yoga-mindfulness – individually, with a partner or friend, or as family yoga.

Groups are intentionally small, with a maximum of 8 participants, allowing room for individual adaptation of the exercises. Ronia holds a 700-hour teacher training qualification through the institute Growth Health & Care, led by psychologist and licensed cognitive psychotherapist Bikash Acharya, and combines her background as a biomedical analyst with an evidence-based approach to yoga and health.

Well suited to those seeking a calm and methodical yoga practice in a small group, whether you are a beginner or have previous experience of yoga. Drop-in is available for those who have already completed a course, subject to availability.
