Yoga på Lidingö

Moran Yogainstitut on Lidingö is a small yoga business run by Mimmie Moran, who has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2005. The courses are now held via Zoom, with a new course start planned for September 2026. Previously, the business operated from its own studio at Sticklingehöjden on Lidingö.

The classes focus on breathing, mobility and stress management in a calm and personal format. The teaching is instructor-led and is characterised by a holistic perspective that connects body and mind. With nearly twenty years of experience, Mimmie has a clear pedagogical approach centred on conscious breathing and balance as a guiding thread throughout the practice.
