Yoga Spirit

Yoga Spirit is a yoga business based in Stockholm, Sundbyberg and Solna that has been operating since 2003. Behind the studio name is instructor Marie-Louise, who for more than twenty years has offered yoga to private individuals, companies and public authorities.

The business covers a broad spectrum of yoga styles and related disciplines. The offering includes, among other things, Mindful Hatha Yoga, Medicinsk yoga, Livsyoga, Dynamisk Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga med Soundhealing and Qi Gong. In addition, EFT treatment and massage, private consultations and yoga therapy are available. Theme days focusing on specific subjects such as back care, stress reduction and Yoga & Mindfulness are arranged regularly.

For companies and organisations, programmes and yoga events are tailored to the size and needs of the group. Private individuals can book everything from courses and term programmes to individual consultations. The business places great emphasis on a holistic perspective in which body, mind and life philosophy work together.
