Yogadoulan

Yogadoulan is a one-woman business in Stockholm run by Ebba, a trained birth doula, postpartum doula, and prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor. The business is aimed at pregnant women and new mothers, combining yoga teaching with doula support throughout the period from pregnancy to early parenthood.

The offering includes prenatal yoga in a course format of five sessions with birth preparation elements, postnatal yoga with baby for those who are at least six weeks past a vaginal birth, and antenatal classes for the pregnant person and their birth partner. The courses are available both in groups and as private sessions, and teaching is provided in both Swedish and English. In addition, doula support can be booked, either as a birth doula, a postpartum doula, or a combination of both.

Ebba is based in Stockholm and has three children of her own, born in 2017, 2019 and 2021. Her background as a sommelier and wine importer took a new direction following her own experiences of pregnancy and childbirth, which led to a retraining as a doula in autumn 2022 and as a yoga teacher shortly afterwards.
