Yogena, Din Iyengar Yogastudio i Täby

Yogena is an Iyengar yoga studio located in Grindtorp in Täby, north of Stockholm. The studio specialises exclusively in Iyengar yoga, a branch of Hatha yoga in which correct anatomical alignment and conscious presence in every movement are prioritised. All teachers are certified in the international Iyengar yoga method, which involves a multi-year teacher training programme with established competency requirements.

Classes are held both in person at the studio and online, and are suitable for practitioners of all levels – from beginners to experienced yoga practitioners. The premises are equipped with a wide range of props such as blocks, straps, cushions, benches and sandbags to help students reach deeper into the poses. The class offering covers foundation courses, pregnancy yoga, athlete-focused courses, corporate classes and regularly scheduled weekly sessions.

In addition to its regular programme, Yogena organises workshops with international guest teachers as well as retreats to destinations such as France, Spain, Thailand and Morocco. The studio also offers massage and treatments as a complement to the yoga practice. An introductory offer is available for new students.
