0161 Community Gym is a community-focused gym based in Swinton, Salford, offering sport and exercise classes for all ages and fitness abilities across Greater Manchester. Founded in 2019, the gym began by providing free boxing and Muay Thai classes to young people in libraries, community centres, and parks.

Today the facility offers adult and youth boxing, calisthenics, HIIT, yoga, free over-50s exercise, open gym sessions, and strength & conditioning. It also serves as a safe space for young people to speak confidentially with mentors and volunteers about any issues they may be facing.
