180 Fitness is a coaching-led gym in the heart of Retford town centre offering 24/7 gym access alongside structured personal training programmes. Members can choose from Large Group Training (up to 12), Small Group PT (up to 5), or 1-on-1 Personal Training, all delivered by a team of Level 3 certified coaches.
