18Y Ultimate Fitness Gym is Birmingham's all-in-one fitness complex based in Balsall Heath. The massive facility offers a fully equipped gym with a huge free weights section, extensive cardio machines, functional training areas, and strength & conditioning circuit classes.
An upper floor is dedicated to MMA in collaboration with Fearless MMA, featuring a floating octagon cage and training area with classes in Boxing, Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling and K1 Striking for both kids and adults. Recovery facilities include an in-house sauna, steam room and ice baths. Personal training is available with both male and female trainers.
On-site amenities include a multi-faith prayer room and the Fade Factory barbershop.
