24HR GYM in Swindon claims to be the first 24-hour gym in the UK, established for over 30 years and in its current location for more than 15 years. It is a members-only gym that prides itself on high standards of gym etiquette, a friendly atmosphere, and an excellent selection of resistance equipment.
Membership is restricted to friends and family of existing members to prevent overcrowding. The gym offers a training and nutrition programme, a members' relaxation area with free hot drinks, towels, and DJ sessions Monday–Friday 6–8 pm.
