Open 24 hours, 365 days a year, the club offers an enormous range of premium equipment from brands including Life Fitness, Nautilus, Eleiko, Gymleco, Technogym, Concept 2 and Rogue, plus a dedicated leg and glute room, boxing room, saunas (ladies and mens), and a large studio.

Members benefit from over 20 group classes per week — including Hybrid Pro, ATHX, Pilates, and HIIT — as well as personal training, an online coaching app with meal plans and training plans, the SUPER6 accountability programme, a free AI member coach, and a social calendar with community events.
