Above and Beyond Yoga Studio is a welcoming boutique studio in the heart of Paisley offering Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yin Yoga, Gentle Flow, Pilates, Chair Yoga, and Seasonal Yoga classes. Suitable for complete beginners through to experienced practitioners, every class is taught with clear alignment cues, breath guidance, and accessible modifications.

Vinyasa classes include ujjayi breathwork, flowing sequences, and end with savasana or guided meditation. The studio also runs the Yoga4Health social prescribing programme and offers 1:1 private sessions. Led by Lesley Moore.
