ABSolute Fitness is a community-focused gym in Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, founded in 2020 by Holly and her partner. The gym offers a wide range of group fitness classes — including HIIT, Legs Bums & Tums, Boxercise, Circuit, Barbell, ABS Blast, Fit4Kids and more — as well as open gym access seven days a week from 5am to 11pm.

Personal training and 6-week bootcamps with weekly weigh-ins, diet plans and support groups are also available. With a welcoming, family-like atmosphere, ABSolute Fitness caters to all abilities from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers.
