ATKDA (Absolute TaeKwonDo Association) is a UK-wide Taekwondo association founded in October 2010 by Master John McNally, 7th Degree. Following the Chang Hon style of Taekwondo as founded by Major General Choi Hong Hi, ATKDA offers mixed martial arts classes for children and adults from age 4 to 74.

All instructors are fully insured, DBS checked, first aid trained and certified. The association has achieved Sport England's Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts accreditation and is the founding body behind both the International Taekwondo Council and the Taekwondo Council UK.

Students progress from white belt to black belt through regular gradings held every three months for colour belts and twice yearly for black belts.
