Absolute Yoga and Pilates is a family-run yoga and Pilates studio offering a welcoming community for all abilities, with a particular fondness for beginners. Classes include yoga for wellbeing, Pilates, Barre Pilates, pregnancy yoga and Pilates, Tai Chi (via video library), and holistic massage.

The studio also runs workshops, sound healing evenings (Tibetan and crystal bowls, gong bath), hypnotherapy healing evenings, UK retreat weekends, and Greek island retreats. Face-to-face classes are paid monthly by standing order; a video library subscription with pre-recorded classes is available for £10 per month.

There is no annual contract, and new students are welcome to try a first class as a single session.
