Active Body EMS is a boutique EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) training studio with locations in Ascot and Weybridge. Sessions are 20-minute full-body workouts done twice a week, activating over 80% of muscles — equivalent to 90 minutes in the gym.

All sessions are personalised, low-impact and tailored to each client's health targets, history and lifestyle, suitable for everyone from beginners and seniors to pro athletes and new mums. Training is available in-studio, at home, or outdoors.
