Active Life Centre: Your LIFE

Your LIFE (Active Life Centre) is a personalised fitness and wellness brand built around the Technogym Biocircuit, a training system that recognises each member, adjusts to their level and guides every movement, with no timetable, wait time or guesswork.

Every new member can start with a one-hour Wellness Screening, an in-depth assessment of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, body composition, mobility, mental wellness and balance, which produces a detailed report, personalised targets and a custom training plan synced to the Biocircuit.

Small focused classes covering strength, mobility and recovery are added when members ask for them, typically one or two a month with a maximum of eight people, while the Biocircuit is open every day during opening hours with no booking required.

The brand began with a single centre in Westbury in December 2023 and has grown to three centres, and GPs and physios can refer patients through a dedicated referral form.
