Aeternum CrossFit is a CrossFit and Hyrox affiliated gym in the heart of Lochgelly, Fife. The gym offers a wide range of fully coached classes including CrossFit, Hyrox, Burn, LiftFit, Aeternum Strength, Ladies Only Functional Fitness, and youth programmes for Teens and PreTeens.
