AG Fitness is a judgement-free, inclusive gym with two Glasgow locations — north (Garscube Rd) and southside (West St, Gorbals). Founded by coach Andy Graydon in 2014, the gym offers small-group training sessions with no treadmills, no mirrors, and no scales — just a supportive community focused on fitness, mindset, nutrition and confidence.
