Zenshin Kokoro Aikido (ZKA) is a traditional Aikido club based in Hull, focused on practical, pressure-tested technique rather than choreographed or compliant routines. The club emphasises integrity, true martial spirit, awareness, and balance — drawing on a lineage that traces back to Aikido's founder.
Classes develop skills progressively, from foundational compliance through to increasingly intense and realistic training. The club was previously located at Mitchell Community Centre in Sculcoates and is currently seeking a new venue following the centre's closure in August 2022.
