Air Control Pilates® is an aerial Pilates studio and education platform founded by Debbie Robbins, a professional aerialist and Pilates teacher with over 20 years of experience. The method combines the principles of Pilates with aerial arts using a hammock suspended at hip height, offering a unique approach to full-body strengthening, lengthening and body awareness.
