AJ's Gym is a friendly, community-driven gym established in 2016 in the seaside town of Littlehampton. With heritage in bodybuilding, powerlifting and Olympic-level sports, the gym offers a welcoming environment for all fitness levels — from total beginners to competitive athletes.

Members enjoy access to a fully equipped facility, group classes, and a passionate team of qualified personal trainers specialising in areas including powerlifting, bodybuilding, Olympic weightlifting, fat loss, sport performance, boxing and martial arts.
