akarmalife studios is Ampthill's movement community where real people come to get stronger, feel better and belong. Combining expert teaching with small, supportive classes, the studio offers Yoga, Mat Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Tai Chi, and Reformer Pilates through a sister studio.
Classes are designed for real bodies and long-term wellbeing — not quick fixes — with a warm community feel where every member is seen and encouraged. The studio also connects to The MAT Clinic for therapies, rehab and a Strength & Rehab Centre gym.
