Alborz Fitness is a strength and conditioning gym in Raynes Park, SW20, just one minute from Raynes Park station.
The club offers three core training formats — Strength (periodised barbell lifting: squat, press, deadlift), BoxFit (boxing-based strength and conditioning with pads, bags and rounds), and HYROX (functional fitness in the HYROX race format using ski-erg, sled and rowing).
With 18 coached classes per week and over 420 active members, the gym is built for everyday people at all levels, not just elite athletes. All members receive a monthly InBody 970 body composition scan, and kids and teens classes (ages 7–15) are also available.
