Alison Plant Pilates is a Leeds-based Pilates business run by Alison Plant, who has been teaching for over 21 years. The business offers community Pilates classes across multiple locations in Leeds, as well as 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 sessions, live online classes, and specialist programmes targeting back care, osteoporosis, pelvic floor health, and neurodiversity.
