Established since 1998, Leeds Pilates Centre is one of the UK's leading equipment-based Pilates studios, located in Adel, Leeds. With nearly three decades of experience, the studio offers personalised programmes at a small-group ratio of 1:4/1:5, alongside injury rehabilitation support.
Equipment includes Reformers, CoreAlign (the only studio in greater Leeds to offer this), The Chair, and Wall Tower. All sessions are pay-as-you-go with no subscriptions or monthly fees.
