Anchor Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio offering small group and private sessions on custom Balanced Body equipment. Group classes are structured around the reformer and tower or the chair and mat, with a maximum of six participants per class.

Private and semi-private sessions draw from all apparatuses for a fully individualized experience, blending classical principles with contemporary instruction to restore alignment, build strength, and encourage supported movement.
