Anna Ferla Yoga offers Hatha yoga classes for all levels in Lee and Hither Green, South East London. Taught by Anna Ferla — a BWY-trained teacher practising since 2001 and teaching since 2010 — classes emphasise breathing practices, physical postures, awareness and mindfulness in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.

The weekly timetable includes a Dynamic session (Tuesdays), a Beginners class (Thursdays) and an All Levels class (Fridays), held across two local venues. Workshops include a nine-month BWY Foundation Course co-taught with Michele Misgalla, covering yoga philosophy, pranayama, anatomy, meditation and more. Private 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 sessions are also available.
