Sasha Gabbé is a senior Yoga Alliance-registered teacher specialising in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Cancer.

With over 800 hours of training — including 200+ hours in Yin Yoga with Norman Blair, Bernie Clark and Paul Grilley — Sasha weaves together yoga, qi-gong inspired movement, seasonal wisdom, breathwork and meditation to help students slow down, release tension and cultivate self-enquiry.

She currently teaches a weekly Yin Yoga class at Vayu Studio in Guildford and runs a 40-hour Yin Yoga teacher training there. Drawing on her own experience of cancer diagnosis and recovery, Sasha holds space with warmth, compassion and an understanding that life holds inevitable difficulties.
