Soma Space is a warm, community-focused boutique studio in Honor Oak Park, London, offering Yoga, Pilates and Children's Movement classes in a newly refurbished, underfloor-heated studio.
Founded with the intention of creating a haven for people of all ages, the studio brings together Vinyasa Flow, Yin/Yang, Beginner's Pilates and children's dance and acting workshops, alongside retreats, workshops and studio hire.
Bespoke props, carefully considered design and a high-calibre team of passionate teachers make it a place where calmness, creativity and connectedness are cultivated.
