APEX Functional Fitness is Hereford's leading functional training facility, founded in February 2024 by Kyle Dovey. More than just a gym, APEX is a tight-knit community welcoming everyone from complete beginners to competition-level athletes.
The fully equipped facility offers expert-programmed group classes — including functional fitness, Olympic lifting, gymnastics skills, and Hyrox-specific sessions — alongside 24/7 open gym access. As a proud Hyrox affiliate, the gym trains members from their very first competition all the way to the highest level of the sport.
