Apex Strength and Wellness is a welcoming, mirror-free gym in Bishop's Stortford built for people who don't like traditional gyms. Founded in 2018 by Amelia, a former support worker with over 15 years in the industry, Apex is designed to be inclusive, SEND and neuro-diverse friendly, and free from the intimidating atmosphere of conventional fitness spaces.

The gym offers open gym membership, small group personal training (SGPT) capped at just 6 people per session for a truly personalised experience, self-defence coaching, and a 6-week reset programme. The supportive team of coaches tailor training to every individual regardless of ability, mobility or level, making fitness enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
