Coventry's longest-standing independent gym with over 40 years of heritage, Apollo Gym is a 24-hour facility based at Spon End. It boasts an extensive hand-selected equipment range — including GYMLECO, PRIME USA, Cybex, Hammer Strength and Nautilus — and is the only GYMLECO show site in the Midlands.
Known for its strong community atmosphere and welcoming environment for all abilities, the gym also offers personal training with hand-picked coaches specialising in bodybuilding, weight loss, mental health, custom diet plans and performance training, alongside an in-house supplement range.
