Aram Yoga is a personalised yoga studio led by Aravindh, teaching Viniyoga, breathwork, Reiki-based awareness, and meditation both in-person in Salem (Tamil Nadu) and live online to students across 8+ countries. Every practice is shaped to the individual — not a fixed class for everyone.
Offerings include group sessions, women-exclusive batches, classes for students aged 10+, and one-to-one private coaching. The approach addresses physical concerns like back pain, poor sleep, and tension, as well as deeper inner work. Aravindh is certified by YCB under India's Ministry of Ayush and holds advanced training in Viniyoga and Sacred Reiki.
