ARC Gymnastics offers a structured online gymnastics coaching programme for functional fitness athletes. Led by coach Simon Nieland, the Comprehensive Programme takes athletes through 4 levels of progression, training 4 days a week for 45 minutes per session, with options for 1-to-1 coaching or self-guided training.
A shorter Fitness Supplement plan (5 days/week, 10-minute sessions) is also available for those wanting to boost their current programme. Members benefit from movement analysis, structured skill development, and access to resources including a Gymnastics Skills Manual and Arc Coaches Book.
