Areli Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a BJJ academy based at Unit 2A Manor Farm Barns in Nettlebed, Henley-on-Thames. The academy teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — a ground-based martial art using leverage, technique and joint-locks rather than brute strength — for adults and children aged 8–12.

Adult Gi classes run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, while a dedicated Kids class (Little Lions) takes place on Saturday mornings. The head instructor received his black belt from Master Mauricio Gomes and the academy is affiliated with the Roger Gracie lineage.

First-time visitors can attend in tracksuit trousers and a T-shirt, with Gi purchase recommended once training continues. Bookings are essential and Gold, Silver and Cash membership options are available.
