Arena Health & Fitness is an independent, member-focused gym run by two best friends, with two locations in Newark-upon-Trent and Collingham.
The Newark flagship is a two-floor facility in the beautifully renovated Maltings Building, open every day 5am–10pm, featuring extensive free weights, sled tracks, cardio machines, resistance equipment, and a dedicated functional training zone with a prowler track, battle ropes, and training rig. Collingham's brand-new gym is housed in Gousto House.
Both gyms offer a full class timetable — including Hyrox, Circuits, Yoga, Pilates, Legs/Glutes/Abs, and Bootcamp — free for members and available to non-members for £10 per session. Personal training and nutrition coaching are also available on-site, alongside an on-site physiotherapy centre, a reformer Pilates studio, and a children's dance school at the Newark location.
Arena prides itself on a judgement-free, welcoming environment for all ages, sizes, and abilities.
