ArenaFit is a boutique gym based in North Warnborough, situated between Odiham and Hook, right on the M3 corridor. Founded by owner Sam Taylor, the gym offers a family-friendly atmosphere where fitness professionals help members of all levels achieve their goals.
All staff are at minimum personal trainer qualified, and membership includes unlimited gym access, unlimited weekly classes, a free induction, monthly body composition analysis, and a choice of beginner starter programmes focused on either strength or weight loss.
