Arisaig Sauna is a unique sauna experience based at The Dancing Duck Croft on the Ardnamurchan peninsula. Set on a working family croft with views over Loch Shiel and Ben Resipole, the sauna is a converted horsebox fitted with a top-of-the-range woodburner, reaching temperatures of 80–90°C.

Guests can cool off in an old cowboy bath or makeshift shower, spot sea eagles and deer, and pick up fresh eggs and locally roasted Glenfinnan Coffee from the rusty-roofed bothy shop. The experience combines deep heat with optional cold plunges, promoting cardiovascular health, mental well-being, pain relief, and respiratory benefits.
