ARTemis Pole Studio is a pole dance and fitness studio in Chiswick, West London, founded by Sam Fontani — a professional pole dance champion (2022).
The studio blends science-based biomechanics with artistic training, offering group pole dance classes for all levels (beginner to advanced), flexibility and ballet technique sessions, fitness classes, competition coaching, and private 1:1 sessions both in-studio and online.
Sam has also developed her own SMART (Strength, Mobility, Alignment, Resilience, Technique) online coaching method, featuring an on-demand platform with 300+ videos and live Zoom classes. The studio prides itself on being a welcoming, inclusive community where no prior sports or dance background is needed.
