Aspiral is a boutique one-to-one GYROTONIC® studio based in Killearn, Stirlingshire, near Glasgow. Led by qualified instructor Lorna Pickford — who brings over 27 years of movement and dance experience, including nearly 20 years practising GYROTONIC® at Scottish Ballet — the studio offers personalised sessions on specialised GYROTONIC® equipment.
Sessions are tailored to individual needs and suit people of all ages and abilities, from professional athletes and dancers to those managing conditions such as MS, Parkinson's, arthritis and chronic pain.

Mon–Wed: 9:30am–8:30pm Thu–Fri: 3:30pm–9:30pm Sat & Sun: on request
